On February 15 – 19, 2010 ThaiHealth welcomes five delegates from Samoa government. The group consists of Hon. Speaker of Parliament, Parliamentarian, Chief Executive Officer of Ministry of Education, representative of Ministry of Health and Attorney Office. Their major focus was to learn how to set up ThaiHealth by utilize sin taxes as a funding source for health promotion, share and exchange experiences in promoting healthy lifestyles and addressing non-communicable disease including advocating health at political level.

The Malaysian Health Promotion Board conducts placement program at ThaiHealth

On February 8 – 19, 2010 ThaiHealth received three guests from the Health Promotion Board who conducted a placement program at ThaiHealth. They had been learning about ThaiHealth’s management and operations particularly in relation to disbursement of grant, visited ongoing community health promotion projects funded by ThaiHealth.

Ministry of Health, Bangladesh visits ThaiHealth

On November 16 – 20, 2009 ThaiHealth welcomed five delegates from Ministry of Health, Bangladesh. The objectives of the study tour were to learn about establishment process of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation, operational management system and financial sustainability.
