Although being fidgety annoys other people around you, but it is deemed healthy.

Researchers say that fat people, who sit still all day long, can take care of their health by “exercising a little”, such as, moving arms and legs while sitting, getting up to make tea or coffee, or simply walking small distances during work.

Nowadays, people are paying more attention to their health. They don't want to be fat, as fatness may bring about many diseases. But, this does not mean to let oneself get “too thin”, because being too skinny can damage one's health.
