ThaiHealth has four channels to encourage a wide rage of partners and networks to move health promotion initiatives. These four channels are comprised of 4 approaches:

1. Issues approach
2. Setting approach
3. Area approach and
4. Target group approach

These approaches are the key for ThaiHealth to systemize its two types of grant for Thai organizations.
Open Grants: These reactive grants are open to any organization to apply
Proactive Grants: These grants refer to programs and projects initiated by ThaiHealth.
